Internet on planes is often not very reliable. The more people who use it, the slower it seems to get. Periods where it abruptly stops are frequent and annoying. I believe it is because the connection with the satellite or other source is erratic. 

My wife couldn't care less... as long as she has wifi , a cup of tea, access to a clean shower/toilet and a comfortable seat , she is content. I think it is fair to assess eligibility upon price paid (or points used)  as long as there are suitable alternatives for frequent flyers, I don't re...

That bed looks nice.. not so much if you are still wearing the seatbelt . 

I have only experienced the Melbourne Business class lounge once , as I usually used the First class lounge in the past, but for me, the main issue was the lacklustre food and beverage on offer. The obvious other issue was the lack of views. 

Even with business class... a red eye flight sucks. Any daytime alternative is a better alternative.
