Feb 02, 2023, 03:52 PMEmirates is ok, find DXB a crammed airport which doesn't make travelling stress free. The product disparity between QF and EK makes the relationship misaligned, but this is more of a failure on the Qantas end. QF has become very irrelevant to me and my family.

Platinum business upgrade
May 04, 2023, 09:07 PMI booked 3 flex fares 5 months in advance and was unable to use the upgrades. Its quite a frustrating system tbh. A few adjustments to that benefit and it would create a new experience for platinums.

Why I now choose Virgin over Qantas
